Vintage Stag Minstral Dressing table. Classic Mid Centuary British design.
This piece has been sanded back to take off the old finish and I have then treated the wood, oiled and waxed to show of the natural beauty of this stunning Cherrywood. 
 
Cherry wood is a hard wood with a lovely rich colour and grain, anything but boring brown! Leaving it natural adds a grown up boho feel to the piece.
 
 Also partly painted in a high quality mineral paint, this colour is deep and complicated, elevating the look. To bring it all together I have created a gold wax design on the edging which finishes it beautifully, with the original gold handles refinished in gold to match.
